The EWI has just published new Guidance on Approaching Retirement to enusre that you avoid the pitfalls and take the stress out of retiring from Expert Witness work. Your Duty to the Court Your duty to the court means that even if you have retired from working as an Expert Witness, you may still be required to act as an Expert Witness in any case where you accepted the instruction and wrote a report.
