Practice Directions for Expert Witnesses giving evidence in Nothern Ireland

Experts undertaking work in the Civil Courts in Northern Ireland should be familiar with Practice Direction No. 1 of 2015 (Expert Evidence), issued by the High Court of Justice and published on the JudiciaryNI website. This includes declarations, the statement of truth and a statement which should be used on Joint Statements following a discussion of Experts.

Declarations are also published in Practice Direction No. 7 of 2014.
