As an Expert Witness you may choose to work with an agency or panel who will contract you to undertake work on behalf of an Instructing Party.
There are many advantages to working with an agency (especially when you are just starting out). These include:
- Provision of administration support
- Marketing you to Instructing Parties
- Handling payments and contracts with Instructing Parties
Some will also provide Training for Expert Witnesses on their panel.
