12 September 2022 Simon Berney-Edwards 2585 News Reflecting on a bad experience in Court bySimon Berney-Edwards Over the Summer, we learnt of a judgment which mentioned one of our members where things had not gone well for the member. The member has 25 years of experience providing medical reports for Claimants and Defendants and have kept up to date with their Continuing Professional Development for their Expert Witness practice. So we were concerned and keen to understand what had happened. The member was keen to reflect on the experience and to share their learning with others, so we sat down to talk it through.
