Negus v Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust [2021] EWHC 643 (QB)

The case: a clinical negligence claim relating to aortic valve replacement surgery performed on 5 March 2014 by a consultant cardiothoracic surgeon. It involved the implantation of a 19 mm mechanical valve.
