The affidavit of one witness contained a section on an issue, even though this was never a pleaded ground of challenge of MORA’s case.  It also made allegations of bias and conflict of interest, again issues which bore no relevance to the questions which the court had to determine.  The judge said that put simply, this approach is completely unacceptable.
