Gordon v Recommendation to the Secretary of State for Justice [2021] EWHC 1423 (Admin), 2021 WL 02338442

The index offence: On 14th August 2011 Gordon was sentenced to Detention at Her Majesty's Pleasure with a minimum term of 14 years, less time spent on remand, for his role in a murder.
