Fletcher v Government of India [2021] EWHC 610 (Admin)

The case: The Appellant is sought by the Government of India to serve a 10-year sentence of imprisonment for an offence of possession of 10 kg of a form of cannabis. The District Judge decided that there were no bars to extradition.
