AI and the Expert Witness: Developments and Applications

Webinar

06 Jul 2026

6:00PM - 7:30PM

This forward-looking webinar brings together policy leaders, experienced practitioners, and legal-tech pioneers to explore the latest developments in AI for expert witnesses.
This webinar is highly suitable for practicing or aspiring Expert Witnesses across all disciplines (clinical, financial, engineering, structural, etc.) who want to safely navigate the integration of AI tools into their professional workflow.

As AI continues to reshape the legal sector, expert witnesses are presented with an extraordinary opportunity: how to leverage cutting edge tech to streamline their workflows without compromising their strict duties of independence and objectivity to the Court.
We will examine the latest judicial thinking and recent court decisions involving AI. Crucially, you will also see live demonstrations from two innovative companies using AI in distinct ways to dramatically reduce the administrative and writing burdens of expert practice.

Key Topics to be Covered:

Judicial Thinking & Policy Updates: Learn about the latest guidance and emerging perspectives from the Judiciary on the proper use of AI in expert reporting.

Recent Case Law Review: Analysis of recent cases from the courts where the use of AI has been considered, scrutinised, or challenged.

Case Study 1: FortyThree Tech Demo: See how FortyThree Tech is embedding AI into their specialised tools to support expert witness processes, manage complex workflows, and reduce admin overheads.

Case Study 2: ClinLexis Demo: Explore how ClinLexis utilises AI to securely and efficiently assist in the development of highly accurate Medical Chronologies.
