This session is led by Joanne Lowe. Joanne is a highly accomplished occupational therapist with a career spanning 30 years. Throughout her journey, she has made significant contributions to her field, especially as an expert witness for the past 20 years and expert witness trainer for the last 11 years. Her wealth of experience in various clinical settings, along with her expertise in medico-legal report writing, has solidified her reputation as a respected and sought-after professional.

 

Joanne has dedicated the last decade of her career to training, developing, and ensuring the quality assurance of experts writing quantum reports. Her guidance has contributed to raising the standards of medico-legal practice, ensuring that the reports produced are accurate, thorough, and reliable. In recent times, Joanne has taken on a leadership role within Harrison Associates, where she serves as the head of the expert witness service. Her leadership and experience have propelled the organization to new heights, solidifying their reputation as a trustworthy provider of expert witness services.

Training and Events - Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received more than 50 business days prior to the event – A full refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received 26 -50 business days prior to the event – A 75% refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received 16-25 business days prior to the event – A 50% refund will be given.
  • Cancellations received less than 15 business days prior to the event – no refund will be given.

Please note, any delegates who do not attend on the day will not receive a refund.  Access to the event will be denied if payment in advance has not been made.

The EWI reserve the right to cancel any event with a minimum of 3 business days’ notice and will provide a full refund to delegates.
